Order Processing

Generally, orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days from the receipt of your order confirmation email. Each personalized piece is carefully crafted according to your specific requests. Please allow 2 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing and finalizing the customization of your jewelry.

Shipping Notification

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure all necessary shipping information is clearly provided during the checkout process.

Delivery Times and Rates

• United States: 3-6 business days
• European Union: 1-6 business days
• United Kingdom: 3-4 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during special periods such as holidays or promotional offers.

When shipping is not offered, free shipping is available to the United States and European Union for orders over 65 EUR. For orders under 65 EUR a shipping fee of 65 EUR will apply. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries outside of these regions.

Handling Delivery Issues

In case of delays caused by the carrier, please note that The Drafts cannot be held responsible, and no compensation can be claimed from us. If you notice any issues upon receiving your package, please file a claim directly with the carrier and inform The Drafts within 3 business days.
