Due to their personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns unless there has been an error on our part. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@thedrafts.net within 14 days of receiving it, and we will work with you to find a solution.

To ensure a smooth return process, please return the item in its original condition, including packaging and accessories. You are responsible for ensuring the product remains undamaged during return transit. Please include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to facilitate your return.

Please note that refunds are processed for regular-priced items only. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

For customers in Europe, according to Article VI.47 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, you have a 14-day period from the delivery date to return non-personalized products. Please note that personalized items, which are crafted specifically for you, cannot be returned under this regulation.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
